Saint Mary Magdalen – Feast

Mary Magdalene is a woman in all four Gospels of the New Testament. She became a faithful follower of Jesus after He delivered her from seven demons. She witnessed the Crucifixion and burial of Jesus, and was the first person to see and talk with Him after He arose from the dead. She told the apostles that she had seen Him alive.

Saint Bridget of Sweden, Patroness of Europe – Feast

From Sweden, Bridget was a mystic and Saint, founder of the Bridgettine nuns. The order spread throughout Europe with monasteries from Scandinavia to Italy. Bridget was alaso a wife and mother of eight children. God appeared and spoke to Bridget numerous times.
