We are putting our faith into action to build hope in Bunkpurugu!

This week we are launching our Masked Singer Competition across the school to help us raise money for our school charity- Building Hope in Bunkpurugu!

The word of the week is Missionary Discipleship and one way in which we can be missionary disciples is by spreading our love to the wider community in Bunkpurugu!

As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace.

1 Peter 4:10

What you need to know about the Masked Teacher:

  • From Tuesday, during tutor time, videos will be released on this post of different staff singing.
  • There will be two parts to the Masked Teacher Competition:
  • 1. As a tutor group you will be asked to vote for your favourite singer.
  • 2. Students and staff can enter a competition to guess who is behind the mask. Entries cost £1 and you will be in with the chance of winning Amazon vouchers!
  • The masked singers’ identities will be revealed once all entries have been received.

How do I enter the competition?

  • Entry costs £1 and can be made via SQUID under ‘masked singer’. Once paid via SQUID, an entry form will be sent via email.
  • Alternatively, students can pay £1 in cash to receive an entry form from Mrs Salisbury at the sixth form office (near the medical room)
  • All forms completed by hand should be handed into the sixth form office or emailed to c.barlow@becketonline.co.uk. All videos will be accessible via this post on Be Inspirational/the school website so that students can take part at home also.
  • There will also be a prize draw for staff who pay to enter and guess correctly who is behind each of the masks.

We really hope you enjoy the performances…make sure you get involved and help us to raise as much money as possible for our friends in Bunkpurugu!
