Live Stream Mass this Easter Season

Live Stream Mass and Liturgies this Easter Season

Easter is the most important time in the Church’s Liturgical calendar- it’s time to celebrate and share the joy of the resurrection! Although we are very sad that we cannot visit our Schools and Churches to celebrate Mass and Liturgies during this time, we are very lucky that we have lots of ways that we can pray and celebrate our faith in our homes. It is very special and encouraging to know that our friends and family all around the world will be praying in their homes at the same time!

Below are some of the Parishes within the Nottingham Diocese that you can live stream Mass from during this Easter Season. If you know of anymore local Parishes who are live streaming, please let us know so that we can include them on our post!

We also have daily prayer resources with videos, music, scripture, meditation and much more that we encourage you to explore on our website

An Act of Spiritual Communion

When Catholics are unable to attend Mass and/or are in circumstances when they cannot receive Jesus in Sacramental communion, it is possible to make an Act of Spiritual Communion. Acts of Spiritual Communion increase our desire to receive Sacramental Communion and help us feel closer to Jesus during these times when we cannot attend Mass in our Churches.

Spiritual Communion Prayer

My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.

I love you above all things and I desire to receive you in my soul.

Since I cannot at this moment receive you sacramentally,

Come at least spiritually into my heart.

I embrace you as if you were already there

And unite myself wholly to you.

Never permit me to be separated from you.
