The word Challenge can be used as both a noun, and a verb.
As a noun, it’s definition stands as “a call to someone to participate in a competitive situation or fight to decide who is superior in terms of ability or strength” or “a call to prove or justify something.”
As a verb, it’s definition is “dispute the truth or validity of” or “invite (someone) to engage in a contest.”
This week we are going to look at Challenge and the different connotations of the word, and try and unpick how we can challenge ourselves over the coming year.
